For shipments within the continental U.S. only.
For returns with a receipt within 90-days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to your original form of payment.
Unless defective, returned merchandise must be in salable condition.
For returns without a receipt, or after 90-days from purchase, we will refund the lowest sales price offered in the last 60-days, credited toa Duke Stores gift card.
Clearance Items: All sales on clearance are final.
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, simply download and print the return/exchange form. Complete the information and follow the instructions. Please allow 2 weeks to process exchanges.
All orders are shipped directly to your street address. No post office boxes, please. Please allow ten (10) business days for delivery. Orders are subject to postage and handling charges as follows:
